Bienvenue

Welcome! My name is Rhiannon and I have started this blog to talk about lifestyle, fashion, pop culture, anything really that is playing on my mind when I sit down to write. I have been interested in blogging for years and for the past few months have been working on another blog about mental health and finding happiness, and while that blog was extremely personal, I want this to be much more open and free for anyone.

I am currently 19 years old and studying at the University of Roehampton in London and have just finished my first year of Drama, theatre and Performance studies before switching to Drama Studies for second year (and yes, it is a different course). Starting university was such a nerve wracking experience but I have met so many amazing people that have completely changed my life and state of mind over the past year and I am so grateful I made that leap, moving away from home and living on my own. I was born in Maidstone and grew up in a town called Weedon Bec in Northamptonshire before moving to a town called Nailsea just outside of Bristol when I was 8 years old. Moving to London for univeristy shortly after I turned 18 and finished my A levels was so beyond exciting, I had always loved visiting London for museums or West End shows etc, so knowing that I would be living a 20 minute tube ride from the heart of it all was a dream come true.

Come August I will be moving into my new house with 5 of my girlfriends from my course and I am thrilled to be able to be surrounded by such caring and interesting people. I'm so excited for second year after being able to choose my modules for the year and there are a number of exciting shows being put on my the Roehampton Players Society that I am eager to get involved with.

So that's just a little bit about me, I will be continuing to write while also figuring out what sort of things I want to blog and vlog about.
